| Making A Purchase |

To purchase from our website just browse our catalogue, and click on the 'add to cart' button next to any items that you wish to buy, this will put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and EuroCard. Your card details are authorised imediately by SecureTrading. We do not see your card details. You will not be charged for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Please do not send your credit card details to us via unencrypted email.
You can also choose to be invoiced for your order, the goods will be shipped when payment has cleared in our bank. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In the event of a product becoming discontinued by our suppliers before completion of your order you will be emailed with the option of an alternative product or cancellation of the order. We only charge for goods when they are ready to be dispatched to you. |

| Shipping And Handling |

| All orders are subject to a £ 3.95 (inc VAT) delivery charge within the UK. Orders for outside the UK will be subject to an additional delivery charge. If you wish to purchase from outside the UK, please email us at sales@petfoodstore.co.uk for information on delivery. You will be liable for any local tax or import duties payable in your own country. |

| Delivery Schedule |

| We begin processing your order imediately and aim to send your order to you within 3 business days. If an item is out of stock and is not expexted to be in stock, or fails to be in stock, within the three working day period you will receive email notification of this with an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

All product prices shown on our website include VAT at 17.5% unless otherwise stated. Whilst we make every effort to ensure all prices are correct, we are human and errors can occur. In the event of us discovering that a price has been displayed incorrectly we will contact you to let you know the actual price. You will be given the option to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you then the order will be cancelled. Title to any products you order from us shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have received payment in full. |

Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button at the checkout to reduce VAT to

We do not send out marketing material except where you have specifically asked to receive our monthly product update email which can be stopped at any time, nor do we pass any of your details onto third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. | Returns Policy |

| You may cancel your order for any reason
before the time of dispatch and for up to 7 working days starting the day after receiving the goods. Items will be
refunded in full within 30 days of cancellation. Items must be returned in the condition they were in when delivered
to you and in their original packaging. Any postage/shipping costs incurred by you in returning the product to us,
are non-refundable. In cases where goods are not returned to us we reserve the right to deduct the cost of
collecting the goods from the refund amount payable to you. All notices of order cancellation, return of goods, or
complaints, should be made initially to sales@petfoodstore.co.uk or by telephone on 0118 983 3310. We endeavour to
respond to all correspondence within 3 working days. We will not refund for damage found to be caused by misuse or
violent destruction. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |
