| When will my order arrive? |
|
| Orders received before 2pm
Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, large or heavy items will be dispatched the following business day morning via
ParcelForce, where goods are in stock. Orders received on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the following business day morning.
We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days, if an item is out of stock and is not expected to be in
stock, or fails to be in stock, within the three working day period you will receive email notification of this
with an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait |

| When will I be charged for my purchase? |
|
| We only charge for items ordered when they
are packaged and ready to be dispatched to you. You will be sent email notification when this has happened. If part
of an order is out of stock and put onto back order you will only be charged for the items that are being sent not
the whole order, the back order part is only charged for when it is ready to be dispatched. |

| How much do you charge for delivery? |
|
| We charge a flat rate of £3.95 (inc VAT) for
each order regardless of size or weight for delivery within the UK. Delivery to outside UK is possible but please email us first for delivery costs. |

| Will I have to pay a delivery charge for a back order? |
|
| No. The delivery charge is per order, a back
order is considered part of the main order and does not carry a delivery charge. |

| What if I want to cancel my order? |
|
| No problem, you may cancel your order for any
reason before the time of dispatch and for up to 7 working days starting the day after receiving the goods. All
notices of order cancelation should be made firstly by email to sales@petfoodstore.co.uk, please see our Terms & Conditions for full details. |

| Are my credit card details safe? |
|
| We use Secure Trading as our online payment provider. By making use of securetrading we have the most sophisticated online trading system available. It allows us to safely process your credit card payment with the bank, and complete the financial transactions securely behind protected firewalls. No personal or financial details are left unencrypted on a remote server, and such details are never sent by internet email. credit card details to anyone via unencrypted email. |

| Can I still make a purchase if I don't have a credit card? |
|
| Yes. We also accept cheques and postal orders.
At the checkout stage just choose 'Invoice before Delivery' as payment method and we will send you an invoice for your
order. Then send us your cheque or postal order for the full amount made payable to 'Marshalls Pet Food Store Ltd.'
and we will despatch your goods as soon as payment has cleared in our bank. |

| Will my personal details be passed on to other companies? |
|
| No. We do not disclose your information to
anyone else except for delivery purposes. We only collect information given at the time of ordering which is used solely for the purpose of
completing the transaction, ensuring the delivery of your order and keeping you informed of it's progress. |
